I killed a couple hours w/ the wife here and noticed there were no caches around. So here ya go!
The signal bounce here was pretty bad, but I found that if you step away from the buildings and let it get good signal, your gps should point you right at it. Then use the hint from there. You are looking for a bison tube, so byop.
Coords were taken w/ a Garmin 60csx and averaged over 6 minutes to an accuracy of 6.8 feet. I come to this shopping center once every couple of weeks, so let me know if the caches needs maintenance. Also let me know if you think you have better coords.
