Salisbury Woodland was acquired by Blackpool Council in 1924 and
developed as an arboretum as well as shelterbelt for Stanley Park
Golf Course.
The woodland stretches from East Park Drive to a Pill Box near
the Zoo Car Park and between Woodside Drive and the Golf
Course.
A number of footpaths criss-cross a small stream - it would take
about 15 minutes to walk the whole length of the pathways and this
is what you will have to do to solve the puzzle! Along the way you
will find a number of sculptures, a number of engraved benches, a
pillbox and a noticeboard.
