Omphaloskepsis is a word you won't find in all dictionaries. It refers to the practice of meditating while contemplating one's navel. We will need to do a lot of contemplation on our navel to find this cache.
Instructions
Stand bare feet against a wall. Make sure your heels and most of your back is touching the wall. Have somebody measure the distance from the floor to your belly button. We call this B. Next measure your overall height. We call this H. Now for a little math. Determine your personal ratio R which is given as H / B.
Repeat this procedure for all adults in your family. It does not matter if your belly button is an 'innie' or an 'outie'. Kids would work too but their ratio is a little off. For most people, the ratio should be close enough to the theoretical ratio to enable you to find this cache!
Go to the posted coordinates where you will find a small key chain label (might be a different color than the one shown here). On this label you will find the coordinates of your feet. Go to that location and find the coordinates of your head. The cache is located at your belly button.
There is an unactivated travel bug for the FTF, and finders cards for the first 30 finders.

Now quit the navel staring and get the cache!
This cache was placed as a tribute to binthair who started geocaching in the Ottawa region in January of 2002. He placed many challenging and educational caches. The caches used devious crypto-puzzles (would bish0p have his inspiration from him as well?), math related tasks and tags at strategic locations.
Binthair stopped geocaching at the end of 2005 and since then his caches have been adopted by the Canada's Capitol Cachers. Because of their quality, completing all Binthair caches has become so much of an obsession that there is a Binthair challenge. To be mentioned in the "All Finds Club" you need to have found at least 43 of his caches!
Although the tribute icon lists "early Calgary area cachers" as a criterion for this category, the definition was widened to "any cacher" after a discussion in the Calgary Cachers forums.
