The cache is located towards the end of a no-through lane just off Swaffham Road, opposite Cressingham Road. There is a small parking area on the lane often used by dog-walkers. Alternatively the cache can be approached from the Ashill community centre where there is also ample parking.
'Yellowhammers' is a cache surrounded by Norfolk's beautiful Breckland landscape where a great many birds can be seen at all times of the year; In winter flocks of 100 or more Golden plovers can be seen here, and in Spring and Summer all kinds of finches, along with Meadow Pipits, Skylarks in profusion, Wheatears, and ofcourse, Yellowhammers.
The cache consists of a small tupperware container, started with two RSPB badges, an RSPB rubber, an RSPB pencil box, and a Travelbug, along with logbook and pencil.
