World Snooker: World Championship Mystery Cache

Englisch description:

One off my other hobby's is the snooker sport.
After years of watching and playing snooker I thought it was time to do some caches about this great sports.
So here is the snooker series.
The World Snooker series is a series of 6 mistery cache's followed by a bonus cache.
Every cache has something to do with one of the seven tournements thats considerd to be the most importent snooker maches according to the Snooker Federation.
The cache's have a various difficulty rate and also a various size.
Every cache has a code for the bonus so don't forget to write that down when you visit the cache.
It's very importent to write everything down like color,number etc.

World Championship
The World Snooker Championship since 1927 is the most important tournament in the snooker sport, where all the top players to participate.
It has since 1977 held at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield (United Kingdom).
The tournament begins in mid-April and ends on the first Monday of the month in May The tournament is organized by the WPBSA.
The main founder of World, Joe Davis, the first thirteen years of continuous was the winner.
Other multiple winners include Fred Davis (brother of Joe), Walter Donaldson, John pulman, Ray Reardon, John Spencer, Alex Higgins, Steve Davis, Stephen Hendry, Mark Williams, John Higgins and Ronnie O'Sullivan.
A legendary finale was that of 1985 between Dennis Taylor and Steve Davis.
Davis built a big lead, but Taylor came in an impressive way back.
Eventually, the final decision was made by the last black ball.
After a few unsuccessful attempts by both players Taylor potted him eventually.
The final was attended by nearly 20 million viewers viewed after midnight.
In 2005, only the second qualifier Shaun Murphy (who not started directly in the main event) that won the world championship, after Terry Griffiths in 1979.
In total, nearly two million euros shared among the participants, the winner was converted about 368,500 euros.
Compared to the £ 6 that Joe Davis won in 1927 put that things in perspective.

De gegevens die u mee moet nemen het veld in zijn:

Parkeer coördinaat:N51 26.224 E05 36.337
Wp4:N51 25.706 E05 35.856
Na het verdwijnen van Wp's 1 en 3 kunt men meteen naar Wp4, wandeling is wel aanzienlijk korter hierdoor.

After the dissaperince of Wp 1 and 3, should everyone start at Wp4, the walk is much shorter now.
