ROYellowGBIV—The YELLOW cache
Welcome to our Rainbow Series of caches. We decided to use a
rainbow theme for our first caches because the rainbow represents
our caching journey. When we started caching, we described it to
our young daughter as a treasure hunt where we look for the
treasure at the end of the rainbow, as a result, our caching book
has a rainbow cover and our signature pathtags also feature a
rainbow on them. It was only natural that rainbow caches would
follow.
This series consists of 7 traditional caches—one for each
colour of the rainbow and a final mystery cache which is the
treasure at the end. Each traditional cache is hidden in a slightly
different way but all are relatively easy drive by style. Many dirt
roads will be driven on to complete this series so take care in the
wet.
Caches in this series:
Each cache contains swaps themed to match the cache colour,
logbook, pencil and a FTF pin for the early bird. Also, each cache
contains important clues that you will need to find the mystery
cache at the end. The clues are stuck to the lid of each cache so
be sure to write them down for future reference (please don’t
remove them from the cache).
