This cache is dedicated to an old friend that was taken way to early in life.
Later this bridge was built and dedicated to him.
The Rodney Pierce Bridge was built in Sept. 2000 as a joint effort between Blaine County Commissioner Louis Hood and Farrel Boyd. The bridge was envisioned by a team of providing an alternative route for farmers, ranchers and local traffic therefore removing farm equipment and slow moving vehicles from highway traffic lanes.
