Welcome to the Scout Tract


Until recently our family owned land that backed onto this forest. I think I've spent more time in the forest geocaching than when we had the land. I do remember running up and down the fire roads as a kid and riding my dirtbike out here with my friend Greg. So enough nostalgia.

The cache is a pleasant walk in from the trail head. No great elevation changes or tough bushwacking. The cache resides about 25m off the trail. Please be gentle as the hiding place is a bit fragile. The cache contains a log, pencils, sharpener and a pen along with the usual assortment of goodies .FTF gets coffee and donuts on me.
