One of the tributaries of the Nottawasaga River, the Elba Wetlands is dedicated to conservation purposes. Visitors will have the opporunity to view the wildlife in the area including deer, minks, muskrats, beavers, raptors, hawks, herons and more. In addition, the area is considered critical to the spawning of brook trout in the region.
