A medium sized cache in a typical Devonshire village. We hope everyone will enjoy this cache – but may it may be particularly enjoyed by some of our younger geocachers.
There is an area to park the car fairly close to the cache.
“Teddy Bears Picnic” is hidden on the outskirts of the village of Morchard Bishop, in Devon. The village has lots of good public footpaths with great walks and views. It is also on the “Two Moors Walk”.
As the name describes, the cache may have a few teddy bears in residence – to be able to keep the cache loyal to its name we would appreciate that a bear is replaced by another bear – they need to be quite small. Other swaps are welcomed. There are a lot of trees around and GPS may play up a bit.
We hope you enjoy the cache and the lovely, peaceful village.
****PLEASE NOTE**** If you have visited this cache before it has moved. Not very far, but there was some hedgecutting nearby and we were worried about the cache - co-ordinates have been changed.
