This small cache should not be a difficult find.
This little area was just begging for a cache as we drove by - we actually backed up to see it again. As soon as Bambi, Thumper and perhaps Flower move in it will be picture perfect for anyone.
What is a 'nurse stump' or a 'nurse log' ??? It is an old stump or downed tree that now has other trees or plants growing on top of it. As the new trees grow taller and wider, the bigger root system will eventually destroy its host. The old stump or tree will just crumble away, leaving the newer tree with some of its roots exposed. This tree will then be known as a stilt tree.
No more lessons it is fun time. Go -- seek the cache -- but which of the nurses here is holding the prize you seek??
