This is an easy find, which you can do as a quick drive-by. The view from here is great, and we hope you take a second to enjoy it. The cache gets its name from the nearby house, which was built just before the 20th century (I wonder how small that tree was then).
This is the first Geocache that we have placed. We have enjoyed hunting for caches around town, but we have noticed that there are an overwhelming number of micros out there. We thought that it would be nice to have a regular-sized cache, in the middle of town, so that people could trade interesting items. This is a large, plastic Folgers can, which can accommodate good sized trades. There is an MP3 player for the first to find, and various other trinkets, for trade. We are also placing our first travel bug. Please help it to see the world, and get bigger.
