I have never seen a road-sign like that, it's not telling you where the road goes .....
If you're in the Towers you should go and check it out, the road won't take you anywhere though.
Cache is an Eclipse tin, at time of placement it contained: logbook, pencil, stashnote and a few small swaps.
The FTF will find a pathtag.
