Higdon Ferry Rd has become a very busy road of Hot Springs. At one time, this road was traveled by many people as a relief road to stay off Central Ave. Now, some days it seems to be busier than Central. Ms. Flyfishingcacher seems to spend a lot time trying to get on this road from this parking lot. Her fear is that the road construction is only going to make matters worse when completed. There are also plenty of other busy roads in Hot Springs, maybe someone will finish this series???
