A lock ‘n’ lock off the yellow trail in the 909.
This cache is not about old-fashioned television sets, but the other TVs. At this high point on the trail you can get a better view of the turkey vultures that soar overhead. When viewed from below, turkey vultures are black and white – hence the name of this cache. (You didn’t really think I was deviating from the ‘bird’ names, did you?) The cache is about 70 feet off the yellow trail.
Park at the end of Pond Gut Road. The yellow trail can be accessed there by heading west, or by heading north on the orange snowmobile trail, taking a left at the fork, then another left to be on the yellow trail. The trail meanders a lot ~ definitely does not go in a straight line.
