And that is especially true when geocaching is involved!!! In fact, that’s why I created this series. It’s for geocachers who also like to boat. Whether in your canoe, kayak, or even your speed or pontoon boat, these caches promise to be fun finds, offering a wonderful afternoon- or day!- of water, adventure and caching!!
So pack a picnic and bring a friend. Just please return the caches as you find them. The islands are also used for camping, so muggles might be about!

Castaway #5: For the Birds
All kinds of birds make their home on Cherokee Lake. Cranes, Egrets, and especially Bald Eagles are some of our favorites, but I don't think they'd be all that happy with this cache. You'll like it though!!
