Highway 6 Diversion Traditional Cache

This large camo'd pill bottle holding a logbook, is hid just off of an old unused portion of Highway 6 between Cherryville and Fauquier, and is almost a drive-up cache if you drive on this abandoned section of road. It's probably safer to do so anyways instead of parking on the shoulder of the highway.
This diversion is about 6km from the Deep Creek Bridge cache and 4 km from the Cubby Hole cache.
There are three access points to the old paved section of the highway. The best access if coming from Vernon/Lumby/Cherryville is at N49 55 806 W118 13.034. The pavement is still in great shape and I think you'd be able to drive in with a trailer if coming in from the north. If coming from Fauquier you're probably better off turning in at N49 55.452 W118 13.033, but if you miss it you can turn off at one of the other two spots. The access point in the middle is about 88m to the cache and is at N49 55.583 W118 18.003.
This is a nice peaceful area and a great spot to pull over to take a stretch or rest. Wonder how long it will be before the trees take over?
