Fureai Sewer Museum
The Fureai Sewer Museum was built in 1990 in commemoration of achieving 100% sewer coverage.
You can enter a real sewer pipe 25 feet below the ground and experience the actual colors and smells of sewage.
This museum is the first of its kind in the country to teach about the role of sewer works.

ふれあい下水道館
平成２年度に下水道普及率が100%を達成したことを記念してつくられました。
地下25メートルに埋められている下水道管の中に入り、実際に下水の色やにおいなどを体感できます。
下水道の役割を知り、水環境について考えてもらう全国でも初めての施設です
