Mrs. Potts is a character from the Disney movie "Beauty and the Beast".
She was one of the prince's servants when the sorceress put a spell on everyone. Then, she was turned into a teapot.
When Belle enters the castle, she helps her and the Beast fall in love.
At the end, when the spell is broken, she reverts back to her human form.
In "Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas", she helps Belle and the Beast celebrate Christmas.
