I gave up on my "Lost in Josten" 6-stage multicache and decided to make a couple "family friendly" caches that are pretty easy to find since I like sharing these types of caches with my own kids. As I was looking for hiding spots, I realized there aren't too many places to hide a larger cache even though the park is huge. There are a lot of trails and people - not too many places off the beaten path to hide an ammo box.
You can use the parking area at N44 27.353 W87 58.218 which has a nice little play area for the kids. You can also walk a little further and park at the main entrance to the park which has a larger play area for the kids.
Please cover the cache as you found it as it will be exposed otherwise.
The park is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. according to the sign.
