Lock & lock container with lots of goodies and a FTF prize. Named in honor of a book written by Dr. Loosemore about the first inhabitants of the area.
The Drayton Valley Historical Society has worked very hard for many years to put this historical display together. Every year they have added old buildings and equipment and artifacts together that were specifically used in this area. They are presently working on a display about the oilfield. This is the heart of the Pembina oilfield and there are approximately 30 oil wells within the town limits itself. There is a campground right next door.
