This is a micro container, (pre-form size) but shouldn't be really hard to find. It is under the "lip". I would suggest gloves and perhaps a stick because you don't know whatever else might be under the "lip."
I was wandering, almost aimlessly, when I saw this structure. It made me laugh as I imagined what its intended use had been. I am sure someone will know. I do know that it would hold more than "three men.....". (Reference:There was an old woman..." or "Jack and Jill......".) I can't imagine it being practical for cattle.
The hint is a bit long but will help you with the simplest approach.
