A "Who Was Here" cache with a difference. A short but interesting (I hope) walk around the village of Llandaff, which is to the north of Cardiff. Please note that Llandaff has some serious traffic problems so keep a close watch on your littlecachers.
Ever since Dr Who was relaunched in 2005, it has been filmed in and around Cardiff. The first episode to feature Matt Smith as the new recently-regenerated Doctor attempting to save the world from aliens searching for "Prisoner Zero", was entitled "The Eleventh Hour" and much of it was filmed in Llandaff. Although the BBC made some subtle changes to the village green (like adding a pub and a pond, neither of which are really there), but you should still recognise this place.

The listed co-ordinates will take you to a car park. Parking here is Pay-and-Display, but at the time of writing the first two hours (more than enough to do the cache) was free. But please check that is still the case before you park.
All the stages are wheelchair-accessible, although wheelchair-users might need help with the retrieval of the final cache. You do not need to go down the steep hill to the Cathedral entrance, but if you are able to get to the Cathedral it is well worth a visit. Originally constructed between 1120 and 1290, it remained in constant use through the ages. However, by the mid-nineteenth century it had fallen into disrepair, and a great deal of restoration work was done between 1843 and 1869. During World War II it was extensively damaged (in fact, of all British Cathedrals only Coventry sustained worse damage), and repairs were not completed until 1958.
The final cache is in a very busy area and retrieving it may well tax your ingenuity, which is why the Difficulty Rating is 3. Please ensure that you are not seen - and take extra care when replacing the cache so that its location is not compromised.

If you're near such a location and want to add to the series, just let Pezzini know so she can keep the numbers without duplicates and please keep to the naming convention of starting the series with "Who Was Here: ".
