Cache can be found from the ground no need to climb on anything.

The name should say it all! Was in town today and spotted this with no cache so I decided to claim it myself. Located near a nice park area in Mankato. Stealth is advised as this could be a busy area. Please post no clues or spoilers as to the placement of the cache.
