This lovely little city park needs some TLC. It shows signs of ice storm damage, high water, vandalism, overgrown underbrush and lately the removal of trees due to the longhorn beetle. At least three caches or cache stages have been hidden in this park previously but all have been archived.
The cache is not at the coordinates listed above, they are the parking coordinates.
The difficulty rating is a compromise, for some this will be as difficult as a 4 or higher, but for others it will be one of the easiest puzzles they've ever done. Here's hoping you're in the latter group.
