A cache placed near the Wainakarua River Mouth.
You can drive along the coast line by following a track from the gate near the Waianakarua Rd. Leave the gate as you find it. You should be able to drive within about 210 m of the cache site with no problems. Some with 4WD's may be able to drive closer. During the whitebait season there are likely to be a number of muggles nearby.
The cache, a 200 ml sistema box with log and pencil, is hidden at ground level.
