in urban/rural anchorage, has road access. updated. Is on Municipal park land--the park is "Henson Park" named after the homesteader who donated this land to the Municipality (thank you Mr. Henson!!).
although it has road access, parking is limited and in close proximity to resident. due to parking problems and interference with resident, I considered disabling this cache. Additionally, the terrain is a bit steep and can be problematic for some. Please DO NOT park near the resident's house. Park near the geocache "One Step Up" and away from the house. It is NOT winter friendly, so basically between mid October and late April it isn't worth pursuing.
