The last few feet can't be accesed by wheelchair. Located in a small but lovely park on the Hiwassee river in Hayesville, NC off Fire's Creek Rd. There is always a chance that you might run into a snake near the river. The cash is in a place where the GPS doesn't work well but this should get you a few feet away.
The cash is a brown Match Safe, so bring your own pen/pencil and happy hunting.
IMPORTANT Children must be monitored at all times as these are fast moving waters that can change in a mater of seconds when water is released from the dam upstream. Bring your lunch and enjoy this relaxing location.
