Thiis a very easy cache. You must utilize extreme stealth, it is right off of 66th street. You will be looking for a green ammo can.

I have placed a pocket Constitution inside, it's free for anyone to take, just log on this site that you took it so I may put another one inside. If you bring the kids, just keep an eye on them due to the busy road nearby. Also, night time might be better since there are several muggles.
