Providence Nano Series #14- The Arcade Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Aerial: I killed this one today. As several logs attest to, the spot has gotten significantly nastier. I love this old building, but there are a dearth of hiding spots that are: A) Not in the alley, B) Not on some store's property or a construction zone, C)metal. Hopefully with some thought I can identify such a spot because the history of the building is so cool.

Geocache Description:

Deep in the canyons of Providence, so GPS reception is likely to be shaky. The arcade was the first indoor shopping mall in America, completed in 1828. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976. The building has been vacant for several years now. There are rumors that it is being rehabilitated by the preservation society, but there are no visible signs of this yet (2010).
