In an unused area of Worthington State Forest in what appears to be the middle of nowhere there is a Helicopter landing pad. This cache brings you to this pad. To be more specific this pad is in the Delaware Water Gap area in New Jersey.
There are numerous ways of approaching the cache, therefore it is recommended that you have a copy of a trail map of the Delaware Water Gap Area. The best one is Trail Map 15 (South Kittatinny Trails) published by the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference (available at www.nynjtc.org). We started our hike at the Dunnfield Creek parking area at N40º58.303’ W075º07.527. It is roughly a three mile walk from this location.
