This cache has been archived.

OReviewer: Hello,

As there's been no response to my earlier note, I am forced to archive this listing.

If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the near future, just contact me email, including the GC Code, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Thanks,
-OReviewer

Geocache Description:

This cache is located at the O'Conner Reservoir in Jessup, PA. The most fun way to get there is to park at the second entrance for the Eales Preserve and head down the bog trail (see add'l waypoints). The cords will take you to a nice place for a picnic or swimming. The rocks push out into the water, yet there is no need to get wet to retrieve the cache. But you will be tempted when the sun is beating down. The walk is quite wide open most of the way. It is recommended that you at least take a glance at the related website to print the map and read about the Nature Conservancy.

The cache is only large enough for a log sheet (for now) so bring a pen(cil) with you, and be sure to visit all of the other caches in the preserve.

Had to do quite a "de-ticking" once I got back. Had two of them on me, with no spray. Bug Repellant is suggested in the warm months. I had intended to place this cache at The Bog, but the reservoir seemed so nice on such a beautiful day.

Difficulty and Terrain Greatly increased in the cold months.

Orange should be worn in hunting seasons.
