I grew up close to the High School, and this was one of the spots to bring a picnic when I was little. At that time, the ball park was not nearly as built up as it is now - no lights, no bleachers, open dugouts. In the corner where I placed this cache, there was a "gully" - carved by rain water and legions of kids making their way to the elementary school close by.
There was a large fir tree close to the cache site - some brave older kids put up a rope swing one year! I never used it, but the tree provided some welcome shade in the summer.
The cache (a camo micro) is under a tree - just look for some usual geocaching hiding spot. Terrain rating is for the area right around the cache site.
Park on 5th street, preferably on the far side. Parking close to the cache side is not a good idea.
Monetary reward for FTF!
Watch for muggles - something is being built in this corner of the field, and there's lots of traffic on the street.
