This cache was placed in celebration of the 10 years since Geocaching started.The cache is not at the posted coordinates, please see the cache page.

On May 2, 2000, at approximately midnight, eastern savings time, the US Government removed selective availability and instantly the accuracy of GPS technology improved tenfold. Tens of thousands of GPS receivers around the world had an instant upgrade. "Now," said the White House, anyone could "precisely pinpoint their location or the location of items (such as game pieces) left behind for later recovery." How right they were.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but it is nearby so there is hope of you joining the birthday party anyway!
