The time for event and activities will be from 9 AM (meet and
greet time) to 4 PM (drawing and giveaways). The park itself is
going to open between 8 AM and Sunset so there will be time to do
some caching before, during and after the event.

Newbie Classes
We will have some newbie classes for any one that just got
started and could use a little help. With Tips, Hints, and Caching
Etiquette for Finding, Placing and Logging Geocaches, along with
help with travel bugs, Geocoins, paperless caching and so much
more!!!!
Food for Lunch
We will be providing water, cake, hamburgers, hot dogs and the
fixings and looking forward to everyone else's pot luck for lunch.
Please post RSVP (In the "will attend" or "write note" log)
what you will be bringing to the event for lunch and we will post
on event page to coordinate. Thanks!
Need help with additional items
We could use help with soft drinks, chips, veggie or cheese
trays, ice etc. Or bring a covered dish of some kind to share.

some kind of fruit thing, The SKPs - baked beans, subthemariner -

Publix
Travel Bugs and Geocoins
Travel bugs will be logged in and out, and we will have an area
for discovering Geocoins as well. There is no charge for this park,
we were thinking about another park (scouted it but will save it
for next time) but they charged an entrance fee and we decided that
since everyone is kind of hard hit at this time, FREE would be
better!
Door Prizes and Raffle Information
There will be door prizes and we will be selling raffle tickets
for Geocaching items! (So you can bring a few bucks that you saved
on entrance fees and use it to maybe win some prizes) There will
also be goodie bags for the kids! We will also be having 2 trivia
games with prizes for the winners!
Raffle Time
Any and all donations are surely welcome and will be honorably
mentioned too! Raffle Items so far: We have over 150
geocaches in all shapes and sizes, labeled, pre-loaded with
logs and swag, misc.trade items, flashlights, folding chair, ,
three used (good working) PDA's with cases and accessories
(used for paperless caching), some geocoins. Late Breaking news, we
have some secret items from SpaceCoastGeocachingAssociation.com
that are going to be donated for the raffle from Team Cedo (Thanks
Much Team Cedo!!!!) Just added: Coleman electric lantern,
Two Tickets to the Florida Aquarium, Two Tickets to Coconuts Comedy
Show in Clearwater. (Still working on the list and will post
pictures later. The pile of goodies for the raffle is getting
HUGE!!!!!!! )
We will have electricity for those that wish to bring a
crockpot for food items
