You are looking for a small can in a new, developing neighborhood.
This small, new subdivision near where I live is a useful spot for certain family activities. My daughters and I practice our skateboarding on the loop road. It has some pretty good elevation changes to make the skateboarding more challenging and fun. We also come here to ride bicycles or take walks. And it's a great place to give driving lessons, since there's very little traffic. I've taught my kids how to drive on this road, and taught a couple of people how to drive a stick-shift here. There's also plenty of open field for games and a nice bridge to a little gazebo.
