Welcome to the Tyler Street Cemetery. Established in 1834, this cemetery has many grave sites dated back to the mid to late 1800's. If anyone has any info on this cemetery feel free to email me and I will add the info
This cache has been placed in honor of HotTub (George "Bill" Whitman) who passed away in 2009. He was a wonderful husband, father, friend and mentor who is greatly missed. Bill loved the outdoors and traveling and geocaching was a perfect fit for these passions. He introduced me to the hobby of geocaching in 2003. Bill's family felt this would be a fun and fitting tribute to "HotTub".
This may be the only cache where you are encouraged to touch the headstone. Make sure to bring a writing implement.
Please just remove the top to access the log.
A special thank you to "toowired" who archived his "No Bones About It 4!" so we could place this cache. (It was within about 100' of this cache).
