Located not far off the Long Pond to Oxen Pond walking trail at the top of Mount Scio. Access to the cache can be either from Pippy Park, parking at the Fluvarium or from the Botanical Gardens Parking lot.
Ground Control to Major Tom (GC674A) was located in this area for a number of years but is now MIA (Missing in Action). So now the Sergeant Major has stepped in to assume control. Located a short distance from where Major Tom was last seen the Sergeant Major has taken the high ground in his quest to find Major Tom.
Cache is a camouflaged 1 litre Loc n' Loc container. At the time it was placed it contained the following:

Glow in the Dark Stickers

The Sergeant Major is out there standing guard. He should not be disturbed as, like many soldiers these days, he is a bit tired and broken having been on previous tours. Please leave him be.
