Geocache Description:

Placed to commemorate the CITO of Carl Smith Sports Complex on 4/24/10.

A large contingent of Tulsa Area Geocachers decended on Carl Smith Sports Complex on the 24th day on April, 2010. As a way of thanking Tulsa City Parks for allowing Geocaching activities we combed the wooded parimeter, finding bottles, cans, wrappers, sheet metal and car tires.
As a way of remembering this CITO event we have placed this 50 cal ammo box in the remote wooded South end of the park. The trail in can be wet at times. Ok, all the time. Ticks, thorns, poison ivy are a given. Once you arrive finding the cache should not be that difficult. It has been fully stocked with SWAG so trade nice. At least 6 travel bugs were dropped, they will need rescuing.
