Geocache Description:

This non-winter friendly cache is located west of highway 101 at Wirral. I've seen the name of these water falls as Ragged Ass Falls, and Raggedy Ass Falls. I'm going to call them Nutter Brook Falls.

Travel West off the 101 on either Sandbrook Rd, (you'll hit that first if travelling from the north on the 101), or at Meadow Brook Rd. As you get near to the cache, and leave houses and such behind you to the east, the rd is not maintained and there are some washouts, and puddles etc. Use your discretion..., and years of geocache driving experience to guide you!

Follow the trail at the trailhead coords to the bank of the stream. There is a short trail to follow upstream until it peters out, then just pick your way up the brook to the first falls. Make your way up and over the first falls as you see fit. I recommend that once you are above the first falls that you continue upstream on the west bank to the cache.

The cache is placed to afford you a good view of the falls while on your way to the cache. It contains trades, a log book and pen, and a coin for the FTF.

If you drive to the trailhead it's only approx 1 km round trip on the hooves.
