You are seeking a Lock-n-Lock near the end of the road.
This is the end of Old Dixie Highway and the beginning of Nocatee.
Old Dixie Highway: This area was once part of the highway system that connected Miami to Canada. At one time, this section was paved with bricks, but most of the bricks were removed and used for the construction of US Highway 1. This section may have been part of the even older Kings Road.
The development around this location is slowly erasing any evidence of this once important road system, but there are sill remnants that can be found. This area is destined to become flyways and overpasses, as much of it already has.
