Windy Wet Day GC27DMQ

I wanted to go caching on a VERY windy day (gusts up to 70mph), but decided against heading out of town. So what is the next best thing to "Finding" a cache? Hiding one of course!

Just as I was placing this one, the rain started, so the name is describing the day.

For this puzzle, you not only have to find the cache, but also the words containing the coords.
