Une microcache située près du site du Monument à Jacques Cartier et du Musée de la Gaspésie. Il s'agit d'un bel endroit pour débuter une visite du centre-ville de Gaspé. À partir du stationnement, vous pourrez continuer votre randonnée vers le centre-ville en passant devant le musée pour atteindre la promenade. Au bout de la promenade (environ 1km), vous pourrez débuter une visite du centre-ville.
Une fois terminé votre visite, vous pourrez regagner le site du Monument à Jacques Cartier, en empruntant la rue Jacques-Cartier vers l'est. Laissez votre GPS en fonction, tout au long de ce parcours, vous trouverez de nombreuses caches.

Jacques Cartier Monument National Historic Site
A microcache located near the site of the Jacques Cartier Monument and the Musée de la Gaspésie. This is a great place to begin a tour of downtown Gaspé. From the parking lot, you can continue your hike to the city center past the museum to reach the promenade. After the walk (about 1km), you can start a tour of downtown.
Once you visit, you can return to the site of the Monument to Jacques Cartier, along Rue Jacques-Cartier east. Leave your GPS position, throughout this journey, you will find many caches.
