This is just a little cache and dash to remember a place where
WVKiwi has many, many memories. Why? Well, it's the area where she
grew up!
The hospital just up the hill was where she was born, and the
house, just beyond the chain link fence, was her childhood home. As
mom & dad kiwi used to teach at FSC, much time was spent nearby
on campus as well.
Since she's left the nest, much has changed. New owners changed
the looks of the house and the college has definitely expanded
also. In fact, it used to be that other houses existed in this
cache location!
But even though things have changed, and Fairmont might not be
this kiwi's address anymore, after many years spent here, the town
still feels like home, and as such, it seemed the right place to
also place a cache.
The container you seek is a small bison tube containing a stash
note and logsheet, but no stylus, so bring your own pen. Do be
careful and watch out for muggles also—when the college is in
session there likely could be some nearby. Otherwise, enjoy your
visit to, yes, the area that is kiwi's old nest. :)
