This is a gallon-size plastic container filled with goodies for entertainment while on the road.
It is located on the northbound side of 101. There is a large pullout for easy access.
Update 4/25/17: The original hiding place is gone, so I had to move it. It can be accessed without going through poison oak, but beware, because there is quite a bit in the area.
