"Kitakawahara park" is a park in a lawn wide in which it is made in the rooftop in the sewage plant.
Tamagawa, the monorail, and Mt. Fuji, etc. can be looked at because it is at a high position though there is no play equipment.
In the ground, there is Football pitch, and the game and the practice of youth soccer are done on the weekend.
When 5 PM is passed, the gate is shut.Please note that it becomes impossible for the car and the person to go in and out.
