Small tube @ the bridge. Traditional Cache

Location is on a nice scenic bridge overlooking the river. Down the road is also a nice waterfall.
Cache is a small tube with a log and pencil only. You may be able to place a TB (just the dog tag) but haven't tried it yet. This is a nice park and grab, but cars pass by often so use stealth.
