POSTED COORDINATES ARE NOT THE LOCATION OF CACHE

Some of my favorite geocaches actually involved a little armchair caching in the form of finding locations/objects from orbit. Not literally of course but by viewing satellite imagery. Your task is to scan the area around the posted coordinates (a 3 mile radius) and find "The bird with the missing wing". It is an actual object and not something like a pattern of trees that looks like something else. When you see it from orbit(this cache page's satellite map-view works just fine), figure out the Lat/long of the tip of it's good wing. You will have to do it from your armchair since you can't physically go there!

Then project a waypoint from the wingtip coordinates:
Bearing 6216 mils true and 9050 foot distance

The projected waypoint will be the location of the final cache. Good luck and have fun.

If you need to verify that you found the correct wingtip before doing any projections, the GEOCHECK below will tell you if you found it and then to do the projection to get the solution.

p.s. As with all of my caches, don't be afraid to ask for a hint.
