I've seen anomalies of this sort on other highways, but never on an interstate! It doesn't even have a number either!!! What's up with that?!?!
Forgive the simplicity of this one; options seemed limited around the on-ramp so for safety it's located on the opposite side. Bring your own writing instrument and say...
