This tiny tabernacle has been a dream of Rene Nydams' for almost 50 years. It took a few friends and family to make it a reality though. It was a family project built for the honor, praise and joy of God. Her son, Hank drew up the plans and has been working on it for the last three years. The sawed-off pews were donated by Concordia Lutheran Church and seat a total of 12 people. The windows were hand painted by her granddaughters and friends. The bell in the tower on top of the church was fashioned out of a gas cylinder by a friend who works for the city. There is also guest book that visitors are encouraged to sign.
